| RECHARGE scheme at VRCC |
|
The RECHARGE scheme aims to increase the mobility of people who require transport aids by providing a power point for people to access to recharge their mobility scooters or wheelchairs.
The opportunity for people to be able to recharge the battery in their scooter or wheelchair whilst out can make a significant difference in whether someone is particiapting in community life or not.
VRCC is proud to be part of the RECHARGE scheme. If you need to access a power point to recharge your mobility equipment, please call in to the Centre and ask at Reception or if you are in the building after office hours and attending a course or activity, please just feel free to use the nearest power point to recharge your batteries.
This initiative is proudly supported by the City of Greater Geelong
